We loved our stay at this place! The location is amazing, right in the heart of the city. Walking distance to everything we wanted to do. The service was exceptional with friendly staff always willing to help, and quick room service. The food was fantastic with well-priced special diet menus and an extensive buffet breakfast. The room amenities were top-notch, including soundproofed rooms and free Wi-Fi in rooms.

This hotel is a hidden gem. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. They were incredibly welcoming and friendly, and even allowed us to bring our dog with us to breakfast. The breakfast itself was amazing, with a wide variety of options and even an automatic pancake making machine. The beautiful hotel had a cool vibe and everything was always clean and well-kept.
We felt very lucky to have found this hotel. Despite the ongoing construction and renovations in the casino below, the staff made sure that it did not impact our stay too much.

The hotel's prime location in the heart of the city provides easy access to the centre and good parking facilities. The staff were helpful, and the breakfast was great with an extensive selection to choose from.
One aspect of the service was found to be unreasonably pricey, such as the charges for local phone calls, which was a letdown.
